Getting started

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. €0, no time limit, no card, no ads. Up to 5 members and 1 active tour with unlimited tour days. For most small bands that's the whole product.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes: create your organization, add your first tour, invite the band. Your first day sheet can exist before the kettle boils.

What platforms do you support?

An admin web portal that runs in any modern browser, and an Android companion app for the road. More platforms are on the roadmap.

On the road

Does the app work offline?

Yes — the companion app is offline-first. Schedules, venues, hotels and documents stay available in tunnels, basements and festival dead zones.

What happens when plans change mid-tour?

The tour manager updates it once in the portal; everyone's app updates and a push notification goes out. No screenshots, no "check the chat".

Can crew members edit things or only view?

Roles control that. Admins and tour managers edit; members get a read-optimized view plus the things they should update, like guest lists and their own action items.

Billing

How does the €50 cap work?

Professional is €5 per active user per month, but the invoice for one organization never exceeds €50 — whether you're 10 people or 40.

Why are you so much cheaper than the big platforms?

Because we don't charge per seat and we don't sell to labels' procurement departments. TouringBase is built lean, priced flat, and aimed at the bands actually in the van.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — month to month, no contracts. Cancelling drops you to the Free plan with all your data intact.

Data & security

Who can see my tour data?

Only your organization. TouringBase is built with strict tenant isolation — every band's data is walled off from every other band's, enforced at the database level.

Can I share a day with someone outside the band?

Yes — day-scoped, read-only, expiring access links for promoters or local crew, without making them members.
