Account details you provide, such as your name and email address; the tour data your organization creates within the product; and basic technical information needed to operate the service securely.

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, to keep your account secure, to respond to support requests, and to improve TouringBase. We do not sell your data.

4. Data isolation

Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's. Access is scoped to the members of your organization and enforced at the database level.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your organization or account, associated data is removed in line with our retention practices.
