1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TouringBase, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on that organization's behalf.

2. The service

TouringBase provides tour-management tools through an admin web portal and a companion app. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Roles within an organization determine what each member can view and edit.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan is provided at no cost within its stated limits. The Professional plan is billed monthly at €5 per active user, capped at €50 per organization per month. You can cancel at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use TouringBase for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
